This can feel like a big step.

We consider everyone who contacts us and, where our service may not be the right fit, we aim to help signpost you to appropriate support.

How we work

how we work - thought

Our aim is to help people achieve meaningful and lasting change, rather than simply managing symptoms.

Psychodynamic counselling explores how past experiences and patterns may affect life in the present.

Integrative counselling draws on different therapeutic approaches to support each person in a way that feels responsive and meaningful.

Our aim is to support lasting emotional wellbeing, not simply symptom management.
