Next steps

We offer individual, in-person and online counselling for adults over the age of 18.

To arrange your initial consultation please complete our referral form by clicking on the Apply now button below.

Alternatively call 01494 440 199 or email enquiries@southbuckscounselling.org. We can complete the form with you over the phone, if you would prefer.

Once we have received your referral form we will send you a payment request to cover the cost of your consultation fee and registration. After payment has been made you will be contacted by an SBC counsellor to arrange your initial consultation.

South Bucks Counselling is a low-cost counselling service. Ongoing fees will be discussed and agreed at your initial consultation.

Please note that we are unable to offer counselling to those on professional counselling training courses or anyone living overseas.
